LIMITED REPAIR SERVICE

BMB offers a LIMITED REPAIR SERVICE to help extend the life of your BMB item. As a service to our customers, BMB will repair any item we manufacture at a reasonable cost:

Blankets, Sheets or Coolers $15 per item and Hoods $10 per item.

Please wash and hang dry your BMB item/s prior to returning. Our sewing machines can not sew through hair or dirt. We do not offer a cleaning service.

Please call your BMB Customer Service Specialist at 1-800-842-5837 for a repair return authorization number. Ask your Customer to write a brief note explaining the needed repairs and also werite their name and address on the note in case the shipping label is torn off during return shipment. Standard UPS shipping rates apply to return the repaired item/s to your customer.

Occasionally BMB receives items for repair that are worn out or used beyond repair. BMB will call you after reviewing. If the item is beyond it’s useful like and not repairable, please suggest that they consider purchasing a new BMB item.
